If you are not 100% satisfied with your YŪRE purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return or exchange an item, please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
I am more than happy to accept exchanges, but I need to hear from you as soon as you receive your item(s). Please note you will be responsible for your own shipping charges.
You can return a product for up to 2 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a YŪRE Gift Card.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. You must be able to provide me with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.
